香蕉福利直播 represented Iowa-based Casey’s General Stores, Inc. in its recently closed $580 million stock purchase agreement with Buchannan Energy, resulting in the acquisition of approximately 175 Bucky’s Convenience Stores. The transaction brings Casey’s total owned and operated stores to 2,300 units.
